Week 1-8: 500mg Enth, 300mg Prop, 400mg EQ, 30mg D-bol ED, 25mg Proviron ED.
Week 9-12: 700mg Prop, 600mg EQ, 400mg Deca, 25 mg Proviron ED, 3ius HGH 5 on two off.
Week 13-18: 300mg Primo, 700mg Fina, 700mg Winny, 50mg Proviron, 50mg Nolva ED, 3ius HGH 5 on 2 off end 10 days out., Clen 8mcg ED

Question though. Why the nolvadex at such a high dose ed? You're not running any aromatizable androgens so why use it? Is it to block off any negative effects your own natural estrogen does and to keep water at it's lowest? Wouldn't it negatively effect your gains though since it inhibits igf-1?

Anyway having said that what do you think of using nolvadex long term? Like say 10mg eod post cycle til the next cycle. Just to keep any negative effects from natural estrogen at bay and better still for the cholesterol levels which arimidex and femera have a negative impact on.

Shit, I didn't know anyone used 700mg/week of winny and fina. I thought people upped the doses on test a lot but left everything else under 500mg.

At that point I am not worried about gains, just haning on to my lean mass and hardining up. The reason i use it at such a high dose is it seems to ..well it seems to help me lean out my ass and keep me from retaining any water which is why I think I was so dry going into the show before I used diuretics and why they messed me up. I just did not need them.

This is the first year I ran that much. My hair was fine, I had blood test ran 3 weeks out and while my liver was stressed a bit it was not out of sight so I am not so worried. by the way my kidney function was good too.
