i have a problem. i have no prob making my arms grow, but my chest is soooo hard to make grow. i lift intense, and my chest is sore for about 3-4 days after i lift it, but i see small or no results. i eat good and sleep well 2. pleass help!!!!!!!!!
try doing deep db (flat and incline)bench presses and parallel dips. follow that up with some cable crossovers. you can also pre-exhaust your chest with the pec deck before the db presses...
