hi i have tons and tons of these always at my house, brand doensnt seem to vary and i like this blueberry favlour the best;

Astro Original Balkan Style Yogurt (blueberry) with honey

4.5% M.E. (whats this?)

per 175 grams (the whole yogurt cup)

energy: 193 calories
protein 4.6 grams
fat: 7.9 grams
carbs: 27 grams




is this good for me during my endless bulking cycle?
i usually have about 3 of these per day, and 3 bannanas also.



took your advice got the MCT oil, pysillium husk fiber and got lots of lean chicken breasts lying around.

also wondering about tuna, i have cans that give me about 35-40 grams of protein per can, should i be having 2 of these per day instead of 1? or maybe even 4?

im up 19 lbs since august 31

Not very good, Yogurt is usually all sugar and this has honey in it so I'm pretty sure its bad. Looks like your diet is high sugar with this and the bananas. If you like to bulk a little sloppy then this is ok but if not then I'd cut it.
 
Get the Yoplait Diet. No sugar, high protein, low carbs works well for bulking or cutting

I don't like Yogurt personally, but it would be fine to incroporate it as long as it fits your ratios. IN addition, I suggest against fructose (i.e. fruit) for the fear of bodyfat gains - even excess during bulking phase is not needed.

You can have as much tuna as you wish w/in rease, 2-3 cans a day would be a good start - watch the sodium.

ok thanks for the advice, i will probably stick to 2 cans of tuna per day and maybe only 1 can of this yogurt per day, i am not a bodybuilder so not extra-super picky about shit like that, im young and live at home and just trying to eat everything in sight pretty much.

Depending on age and body type all diet advice could be void. A 16 year old who is a 6'1 140 pound ecto doesn't exactly have the sma eneeds as bodybuilders or athletes who are older and concentrate mainly on looks alone.
 
Beware of the mercury in tuna

4 cans a day for a long time may be harmful

I don't live in the U.S. but I know it's there for sure since my uncle living in Vegas eats it regularely for years.

quite good ratios and best tasting.
