Hey mm, i saw your pictures and progress and wondered are you juicing or pure diet and training? Anyway you look great and if i remember correct you got big pretty quick. =)

bro use a 12" box at the minimum, 6" is wayy too low. measure it and make sure. when you want to overload and use more weight go to a 14.5-15" box. i use 12 for speed squats, and 14.5 for maxing out or using the bands.
 
if that box in your squat videos is what youre buddy referred to as 6", your buddy said 16, you misheard him lol. that thing is almost too high for my taste. you need to go about 2-3" deeper to reach parallel you realize that right? the squats do look good though, props. ive done partials with around 800 and its heavy as shit, i know how your feelin under that. like you make one wrong move and its all over.just be careful and dont be cocky under that weight, it will humble you real quick bro i know trust me.

Hey bro, Thanks for reading the log...

The box in the vidoes is another box we use. We had the mats on it too...When i do light speed work the box is the MOST 12 inches now that im lookin at a ruler. So when he said 6inches he was off lol

That box we used was to hit parraell (in the vidoe) theres no way in hell i can bury 600+ with a 12 in box lol

Oh i know what you mean at 915. It beat me 2x. the thirst attempt i wasnt going to stop pushing untill i passed out lol but definately, it humbled me real quick when it felt like a ton...

Right now i know i can hit higher then 600 on the squat, but honestly i wont have good form and that is what im worrying about this time around...

night now still clean as a whistle.....dont know how much longer buahahah lol

but im going into the AAPF for DEC 2, so if i get tested i would get banned if i was on..

Juicehead = Someone who substitutes AAS instead of haing a good diet or good training tecnhique....

AAS user = Knows his diet is most important and training is next. But decides to take it to another level by adding in AAS. NOT substituting...

There are a ton of guys on juice over at the gym thart i train with that i wouldnt consider a juicehead, probably because they train smart and even TEACH ME a few things....The juicers i workout with actually squat ATF better then me....

But then i also have the juichead that don leave the bicep area, run 1g of test and look better then me anyday, but the only reason they do look better is the insane amount of juice they are taking...

Its to the point where tey dont even know how many mg is in thier dbol.

NOW I WILL EAT MY WORDS ONLY IF I BECAME LAZY AND STARTED SUBSTITUTING, THEN I WOULD BECOME A JUICEHEAD MYSELF...

but i would ony add AAS to a perfect diet and hardcore training, bringing me to the level of a AAS user lol.....

I hope im making some sense....

but if not letme know ill keep trying my arguement =]

ive taken 800+ and walked it out of a rack, a monolift is another story, ive used one once and its about 100x easier than walking out weight. Ive got to do an APF meet sometime and use one of those things. i was just talking about your sets with the 690 you recorded. very easy to make a wrong move and tweak something you know. keep it up
