OK im back,
very rough week got hit with food poisoning on Wednesday which absolutely rocked my world, sitting on the toilet all day and not holding any fluids or solids ended lasting till Sunday i dropped 6kg in weight. Stool test has been done to see exactly what i was hit with. such a rough experience...
anyways im holding food down now and have sacked chicken from my diet hydration is back to normal, my diet will also be back to normal from tomorrow on-wards.. Back into training today we had to deload the weight by 10% due to my bodyweights rapid drop.
Ok onto positivity..
