I havnt been weighing myself much because it tends to fawk with my head. But i've been discouraged the past few weeks because i havnt been feeling like i've been getting much results. But when i came home from the gym tonight, i was in the kitchen preping my steak and veggies for dinner. I took off my shirt's cuz they were soked in sweat. When out of the blue my wife says "Omg honey, yer getting big!" I was like what are you talking about? She started pointing out all these improvements on me! Such as my belly has gotten flatter, my biceps have gotten bigger, ect! She hasnt made 1 comment since i started working out and training, granted she has been very supportive. Anyhow, i know its from my wife and all but it felt good to hear. So i decided to weight myself for shits and giggles and i was down 10lbs. When i took a close look in the mirror i really did notice some good changes, so i am getting very stoked. I just wanted to share that with you all~
