2:20pm: red potatos, chicken, sweet peppers, 1 teaspoon light olive oil..serving size 1.5 cup
4:30pm shake
5:00pm work out- Chest, biceps, calves, back!
7:30pm 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 5 oz of steak,
Totals 1774 37 155 203
ratio 48/32/20
I'll try to get in another 300 cals a few hours b4 bed!
Re-assess how you feel at the end of the week and do NOT have a cheat weekend.
