I feel very discouraged today! I should be getting better results than i am being almost a month into my diet/training/cardio. For the most part my diet has been clean..other than my italian food episode this weekend. I don't know what i am doing wrong, i should be down 15lbs by now at least...or fitting into a smaller pain of jeans. Guess i need to push myself harder. Going to step up the cardio x2 a days 6 days a week, lift twice a day 4 days a week.


8:30am 1 serving of oats, 1 small banana
10:30am 1 ensure
12:00pm 1 can of albacore tuna, 2 slices of honey wheat multi grain, 1 cup LF cott. cheese
2:20pm: red potatos, chicken, sweet peppers, 1 teaspoon light olive oil..serving size 1.5 cup
4:30pm shake
5:00pm work out- Chest, biceps, calves, back!
7:30pm 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 5 oz of steak,

Totals 1774 37 155 203
ratio 48/32/20

I'll try to get in another 300 cals a few hours b4 bed!
IMO you feel this way because "My diet friday-sunday was ugly!!"

Re-assess how you feel at the end of the week and do NOT have a cheat weekend.

Yes. :) :jarswim: makes the post binge recovery not so good either.
Drink water on a diet
drink water if you drink alcohol 2:1
drink water with high sodium/carb foods (youre going to swell anyway, just drink water)
drink water post cheats to help body rid of crap...
 
but it tastes so blah, i know gatorade is high in sugar..but 1 a day wont kill me rite? If i drink lots of crystal lite, that has water in it..that counts no?

Fine, fine, i'll try to consume 1 gal of water a day!

If it fits into your goals/meals/day/life why not? If it interferes it's gotta go or in moderation, ya know? Add these things back in when you get to where you wanna be...

I want to chew sooo bad!!! But i made it thru sunday football without 1, now i know anything is possible. Dieting/ quit bad habbits is tuff, makes you wanna vinge!

lol, that was great, no, not Bob Sagget.

I love watching MMA. I recorded UFC Ultimate Knockouts 1-4 this weekend as well as a PRIDE fight that was on Fox Sports. I love all of the Ultimate Fighter shows on Spike too and have watched all 4.

I have a lot of respect for anyone who fights, it's no walk in the park. Every time I'm watching MMA fights I get energized. I was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do growing up, but that doesn't translate too well into MMA fights.

What's your style?
