What's your style

My style is stand up striker, kinda a sprawl and brawl. I'll trade punches all day long, with some MT knee's and kicks mixed up. If i get taken to the ground then i'll try to sprawl out of it or switch to ground and pound style. I try to knock em out quick, worked well so far. But i havnt came a across any highly skilled submission style fighters, i reckon they might give me some shit~
 
That's pretty much the style that I would fight with as well. I also find those fights the most enjoyable to watch as a fan. Have any videos/pics from any of your fights?
 
yes, i have a few of my boxing and MMA fights! Just need to get a burned DVD from my gym so i can uploaded it. I'll quit slacking and get on it~

I had a great work out lastnight! for cardio i went 30 mins on the elip. and 30 mins on the bike.

Today's agenda:

8:30am 1 serving of oats
10:30am 1 ensure
12:00pm 4 oz of salmon, 1 cup of broc, 1 cup LF cottage cheese
2:00pm 4oz steak, 1 cup of rice
4:00pm 1 can of tuna, 2 slice multi grain bread

5:00pm Work out-thighs,delts, tri's, abs; 1 hour of cardio

6:30pm PWO shake
7:30pm 6oz of steak, 1 cup of romane, hard boiled egg whites, 1 yolk

Totals 2374 49 203 277
Ratio: 49/32/19

My ratio's are off a bit, but i upped my cals so gonna try this for a week!

Well the ones i use are ensure high protien, has good source or protien/carbs and a lot of vit and minerals in it so those are a plus. I keeps me full till lunch, since i am on the go most of the day its convenient for sure.
 
I havnt been weighing myself much because it tends to fawk with my head. But i've been discouraged the past few weeks because i havnt been feeling like i've been getting much results. But when i came home from the gym tonight, i was in the kitchen preping my steak and veggies for dinner. I took off my shirt's cuz they were soked in sweat. When out of the blue my wife says "Omg honey, yer getting big!" I was like what are you talking about? She started pointing out all these improvements on me! Such as my belly has gotten flatter, my biceps have gotten bigger, ect! She hasnt made 1 comment since i started working out and training, granted she has been very supportive. Anyhow, i know its from my wife and all but it felt good to hear. So i decided to weight myself for shits and giggles and i was down 10lbs. When i took a close look in the mirror i really did notice some good changes, so i am getting very stoked. I just wanted to share that with you all~
