i'm in the 5th week of the 5x5, so the deloading phase.
i lost the work out plan. Can somebody tell me what the fuck i'm suppose to do now? this is what i think it was:
week 5 deloading phase:
don't move up in weight and drop the sets to 3x3 of everything. Droping the squats on wed if i need to.
week 6-9?
i thought is was 3x3 of everything with the same exercises
RFI what happens for week 10 do i keep doing 3x3 or do i try to make the jump to 5x5 with the same weight from week 9
