Cybex leg press: 190x12, 230x12, 250x12, 300x12
Cybex seated calf raises: 200x25, 210x23, 210x20
Cybex leg extensions: 70x15, 90x15, 110x12
Standing calf raises: 115x25, 165x20, 215x20
Abs:
Leg raises: 3x20
Reverse crunch leg ups: 3x20
*Great workout, awesome energy! My legs already feel like jello. Then had a little cheat meal, went to sushi bar and had Shishmi Tako and teryaki chicken with miso soup and a salad. So a great night all around! Tomorrow chest and tri's!
*Also started HCGENERATE today took 5 an hour before my workout. Tomorrow I will start taking 3 in the morning and 2 before I go to bed! Hope to see some awesome gains with this and the Slin!
