Sorry to hear about the break up. I guess when this stuff happens, there's a reason... so dont' spend too much time analyzing. "Mourn" for a while and then move on. Changing your hormones will always whack you out a little emotionally. I was using a holistic nutrionist this summer -- she mentioned that i might try SAM-e to help keep a more "even" temperment. (I guess St. John's Wort is passe). I tried it - it may have worked or maybe my life just got less stressful at the same time. Its a thought.

You can either go back on the pill until you are less stressed or just ride it out and be good to yourself. I think the hardest part of a break up is just missing the familiarity and the habit of having the other person around. But we also move on (I'm living proof....).

And definitely put your frustrations into a killer workout!

But I will make it, one of the hardest things is not being able to hold him again. That's hard.
