I drink water MOSTLY when I eat. Before AND after. Most of my water consumption is during that time. Is ALOT of water, 4-5 glasses not good? during supplemets like protein powder, creatine, vitamins, ala, ginger root, etc etc.
My question really is, Can a powdered supp be TOO watered down?
