I drink water MOSTLY when I eat. Before AND after. Most of my water consumption is during that time. Is ALOT of water, 4-5 glasses not good? during supplemets like protein powder, creatine, vitamins, ala, ginger root, etc etc.

My question really is, Can a powdered supp be TOO watered down?
 
i wouldnt drink too much water with meals, it'll dilute stomach acids and enzymes messing up digestion

this is just what i read, maybe someone can confirm this. I dunno if u can add too much water to sups, i think it's just upto taste

OH wow, I drink a few cups after every meal for years. Maybe I should stop and keep it at a cup. I always wondered if that would happen, the dilution of acids/enzymes etc. but did`nt really know.
 
I remember a guy in a gym years ago saying not to drink with solid food because it “dilutes the nutrients”, at the time I thought it was rubbish, but maybe this is what he meant. It does make some sense.
