After much success with my previous diets, I have decided to combine what I have learned and try something a little different.
First off, here are both my previous diet logs:

I have recently come off a 2 month bulking cycle. In that time, I went from 214 to 235. Gain a lot of mass, solid strength and of course fat.
I am 2 weeks into a new diet. It's very similar to a TKD in that I eat only P + F during the day, however I have a health P + C (malto) after workout.
However, on the weekends I do something a little different. I am totally relaxing and keeping only two rules, I am staying away from hardcore junk and not mixing carbs and fats in the same meal. My weekend diet starts on Friday night and ends on Sunday night.
I started at 235 and I am now at 229. No loss of strength. As a matter of fact, I had a 315 PR bench press last night.
Will keep posting success (or failure).
