been a good week gals...(even without a training partner)
monday; back and bi's: was so sore after this training had to get a massage (any excuse...but i was really sore!)
thursday; legs - feel every muscle everytime i take a step! very happy about this one because last week had a shite legs session...didnt hurt at all the next day! wasnt impressed..so tried a different legs combo this week and ta-da! pain stikes again (good pain that is )
every other day has been 1 hour brisk walking first thing am for an hour. I luv it i walk to the beach from my place..best way to start the morning : ))
I missed chest/shoulders/tris today because i had a blood test the other day and my arm is still sore
but will go tomorrow....so all seems to be going on track.
