Now there's 2 sides to this..
I need to know what my maintenance is so I can effectively CUT through diet..
But the other side is..I plan on cutting but still lifting low volume/mod frequency/high intensity, along with cardio, so I'm going to be burning a lot of calories..
Do I call it good and just follow this diet? I'm sure with my lifting and the cardio and just being overall active, that I will still be in calorie deficit..
Thoughts?
