I"m a hardcore lifter (6'1", 260 / 415 bench) looking to diet off about 20lbs. I currently play in a very competitive softball league and performance is important to me. Because of my role on the team (bat cleanup) I think I should be able to produce some power so dieting at the same time has been tricky.
We play one day per week (double header each time). So I was thinking of dieting up until the day of the game, carbing up, and then lifting heavy the next day. I would go back on the diet after that lifting day. Also, I will be taking some Tren starting in two weeks to help keep, and possibly build, muscle.
Make sense?
Better ideas?
