How much D-bol and Sust 250

This is my second cycle ,I did deca and t 200, gains were really good I got my hands on some D-bol tabs 10mg and some sustonon 250. I was wonder if you guys had any input on how much to take . I'm 6'1 240lbs 15%bf. Iwould really like to get some input.

This is a simple yet effective and should be good for a second cycle. make sure to also have some nolvadex on hand just in case.

thats my cycle right there, first one for me. Starting in about a month and a half probably, do you reccomend doing clomid eod from week 4-8 and then again from week 10-13?
