I need the cardio for Martial skills. The conditioning helps to generate more speed and explosiveness. Your absolutely right, I don't need the cardio for fat loss. But the endurance allows me to train longer, that and the EQ DEFINITELY HELPS. I I'll ike

The short time I trained for looks or cutting weight, I logged everything with an app. EVERYTHING, and the results were phenomenal. The strength wasn't as much as when I was just eating and training though.

So I was asked to update, I gained over 30#'s on my cycle from domestic supply. All lean at first with serious fat loss. From a high protein low carb diet. Then when I cut out the orals and decreased the dosages I gained the fat back, I also increased carbs at that point. I have no issues with the fat it's easy to get off. I'm currently 271# and have no issues with the extra weight until closer to summer.

I'm currently cruising on 200mgs a week of trt from the doctor. 9 weeks on the cruise, it was 150. Dr. Just upped it to 200 - 3 weeks ago. Waiting on bloodwork results and all that stuff before I blast again. At fifty I have to train around an extreme amount of injuries but I don't let it hold me back.

Considering a test, tren, masteron, EQ and Deca cycle next. Small doses relying on the actual combination to make up for lack of high doses.

I'll be using a lot of basics, plus calisthenics and combination of Martial arts and CrossFit type conditioning to lean up when I do.

Alot of medicine ball work, burpees and explosive work. Usually as a secondary conditioning workout on days off and after heavier workouts. Doing this now just not pushing it as I'm only on trt not trying to kill recovery. Yes I know I tend to do to much, it's my nature.

I'll be staying away from orals from now on, as the orals I was on were definitely too harsh on the liver and kidneys but man did they help strength gain and fat loss. XXX from domestic supply with 33 mgs each, anadrol, dianabol and winstrol each per tablet. Used as a pre-workout only.
 
I do indeed have a family but the pay allows me to only work 3-4 days a week. I'm now home 7 days a week so things are changing.
Thats perfect, this is a good time for the log updates. :)
