I bet you got huge legs, share a pic with the EF f
They were twigs from that torn meniscus just 3 months ago, they're coming back. I'm not who I was bro.
1 step at a time bro, EF family support no matter what you look like @JCETo me I barely even work legs anymore with that meniscus. Funny thing I had to start supersetting leg extensions and leg curls with just ten pounds..at.first I tore it up so bad this summer.
NiceToday was chest and Tris (not sitting by my note book)
10 sets of dips, leaned really far over and getting a deep stretch.. feeling that chest
Three compound sets of pushups the way I usually do them.
Feet up
Normal
Hands up
Pullovers 3 sets of pullovers. Really focusing on the mind muscle connection to feel chest.
.3 sets Overhead extensions for singles
3(I think 3) Super sets
Skull crushers
Closegrip bench presses
Db Kickbacks
One high rep.set
One mid rep range set
cleans are legit, thats how i blasted off my shoulder lolI still got shoulders wide enough I subconsciously twist when I walk through narrow doors. LoL I didn't realize it til my son saw me walking through one without my shirt on the other day. He's 33.
MY favorite exercise used to be heavy clean and presses from the floor. Even with heavy chains hanging, takes awhile to get used to that rocking from the chains
Most don't do enough pullovers
Good idea. Prepping helps keep things on track.Something I do about those random sweet tooths. Oatmeal with powdered peanut butter and chocolate protein shake. Keep a bucket of it cooked in the refrigerator.
A/c, Plumbing and electrical was my field when all this started kicking in.bros Meniscus injuries are no fun.
I had a lot of injuries when I had my Plumbing accident, I actually fell through the bottom floor when I was fixing the pipe. Lucky to be alive.
Great day to start your week off with a nice arm workout.
I don't even pay attention to day.of the week anymore just how my body feels.
Mondays are always the hardest day of the week to train for me.
Notice how I did real heavy wide grip bb curls to start and finishes with narrow grip. BB curls.Super sets and reverse curls sounds really hardcore.
Way to do it. Keep it up.
would be great to see a pic of it broNotice how I did real heavy wide grip bb curls to start and finishes with narrow grip. BB curls.
@JCE thats puritysourcelabs, of course, they are legit as well @~Vision~ is one of the team leaders there, he's on the forumThis product is exactly what I'm looking for. But I've never ordered from anyone other than domestic supply. Anyone have any experience with these guys?

@JCE you should blast but not overdo it, how about just primo and test? that might work broJust in case y'all can't tell I've been rethinking the real heavy blasting I used to do. Just really weighing my options while I continue to work hard with the weights and working out. Just because I always did heavy.blasting and cruising doesn't mean I have to anymore. I used to say die young and get buried in a big box. But I made it way older than I thought I would.
It's really the recovery and energy for 2 a days I like now... One heavy weight another conditioning and Martial arts.
I've pinned 500 MGS a ml before....a little soreness at site nothing more.. If it's harsh usually mix it with a lower concentration for example my trt test cyp. I don't mind even 1.5 cc shots. Used to hit 1.5 cc EOD.@JCE thats puritysourcelabs, of course, they are legit as well @~Vision~ is one of the team leaders there, he's on the forum
they have a sub on EF

you try an infrared lamp on it? works for meSo today a tendon in my arm was sensitive, since I woke up yesterday actually. But I pushed through yesterday. Today it was worse so, I just did two light martial arts workouts. One about seven this morning the other about 1:30 this afternoon.

@JCE not dummy broA beast or a dummy LoL I was reckless with it back then. I used to always run EQ and even at high doses EQ ALWAYS SEEMED SMOOTHER
Tendons in elbow still sore, you will find I have learned to pay super close attention to my body. So I worked legs and core today. Happy with the progress after my meniscus injury. Didn't push it, just wanted to do something that wouldn't affect recovery of the tendon in my elbow. Also adding a couple of exercises I haven't done in a long time therefore progress will be made by simply changing exercises then adding to it next week.
9 sets of Air squats, narrow stance.
3 sets of dumbbell reverse lunges, upped weight ten pounds so dropped weights, being careful from injury 3,1,1.
Kettlebell swings really high reps two sets
Hanging knee raises 2 sets
1 set of sit-ups punching across body with dumbbells
Medicine ball sit-ups 30# ball. Where you throw the ball as high as you can at the top of the sit-ups hold the top position and catch the medicine ball, then repeat.
2 training sessions? you trying to beast it again I see broFollowed this mornings workout with an afternoon workout of some light but advanced Martial arts. Double kicks with the same leg, some old school movement while attacking all while instructing my seven year old daughter in some basics... She can actually manage a single chin up on good days.
2 training sessions? you trying to beast it again I see bro
light cardio there?
bump it to 400mgs broTrying but it's not as easy on 200 MGS as 2000![]()

That used to be my cruise minimum. I have to do bloodwork again in 3-4 weeks then I can rock it man.bump it to 400mgs bro![]()
Bro I'm fifty and I feel that for sure.man it doesn't get any easier as you get older trust me
I do them multiple ways. Always do them in a fighting stance single leg. Just started doing them hanging. People have gotten away from the basics.Knee raises are a great way to work the core.
I don't see too many people doing them anymore.
I had to change a lot after this meniscus injury or have surgery.Keep up the good work, man. I like the nine sets of air squats with a narrow stance.
I would consider some peptides like bpc and tb500.
Those might help with your elbow and Joint issues.
That definitely time to consider increasing the amount of good fats in your diet.
That will help with the elbow issues and help with tendons and ligament
I see you on here my wife's on her second cycle. Loves it, been working out with me a few years nowI would consider some peptides like bpc and tb500.

Man I love tren even at high dosesBro, I like to cruise on tren lol
but I'm a wild man, you know me by now.
400mgs easy for you, you oldschool vet beast broThat used to be my cruise minimum. I have to do bloodwork again in 3-4 weeks then I can rock it man.
So wife laid it down no orals, a few months ago I told her to make sure I never ordered orals again. I saw domestic supply has anadrol injectable.on sale. I love anadrol how long is the injectable half life? I'm probably placing a small order tomorrow400mgs easy for you, you oldschool vet beast bro![]()

good switch bro I see you growing and cutting up too with the new cycle @JCEAbout to switch up conditioning workouts, if you know what this is. Set your intervals so you switch exercises, or techniques. I no longer get in the ring but this is a powerful tool. It's left over from when I had a kickboxing gym a long time ago.
So I use it for, cardio and muscle endurance. About to order some masteron and tren today. I'm gonna need more to increase recovery. Thinking 250 test, 100 -200 masteron, 150 tren A a week.
As I'll do a powerbuilding style workout one day, then one of these the next day alternating for seven days a week unless body demands a day off.
No I didn't but I do kind of follow his thread. That's a great deadlift man. It is dangerous dropping weight and trying to break PRs I hurt myself that way, but hey we all live on the dangerous side don't we?good switch bro I see you growing and cutting up too with the new cycle @JCE
did you see @RoidRage69 just attempted 635 on the dead?
12/20/24
Weight 238.6
Conventional Deadlift
135x10
225x5
315x3
405x1
495x1
585x1
635x0 Fail got 2 inches off floor
Did good today. Failed on my 635 attempt but at least I got it off the floor. Usually when I fail it stays anchored to the floor. Next week I got this!!! Depending on how my shoulder feels I might go 350 on close grip tomorrow. Sure feels good to taper and not be so sore all the time. Body is twitching more and more. Ok everyone have a good weekend.
we all hit it hard broNo I didn't but I do kind of follow his thread. That's a great deadlift man. It is dangerous dropping weight and trying to break PRs I hurt myself that way, but hey we all live on the dangerous side don't we?
@JCE nice training day with your ladyOk today was our first day of HIIT like @RoidRage69 my wife is my workout partner.
I wanted to start with 4 minutes (4') rounds with 30 second (30") intervals. She reminded me I told her we would start with 2' rounds. Started with just six rounds today. The goal is an hour of 4 minute rounds with 30' breaks.
So we did, and I took it easy on her. I stopped with her to show her support lol felt like a warm up to me.
2' of cardio followed by 2' of muscle endurance.
First round-
30" punches with 3# dumbbells
30" licks and knees
Second round Barbell.
30" presses
30" rows
So I swap out exercises every round, including burpees, high pulls etc . I. Just don't feel like typing it all out ..

When I trained at Poirier's home gym, gladiators in Lafayette, that's how we trained all the fighters, 5' rounds every minute was a fresh fighter coming in to spar. One thing we did with an MMA athlete (on Sky3 Sports at one point) was take turns working him on these kinds of rounds
Strong being relative, we just had two babies back to back. She trained until probably six or seven months pregnant for the last one. But had two C-sections back to back so recovery was slow from this one. She's back in the groove and on her second cycle since so, all things considering she is doing awesome.
if you can bro throw some #s for her as well @JCEStrong being relative, we just had two babies back to back. She trained until probably six or seven months pregnant for the last one. good point @RoidRage69 UP on the hghHey have you ever thought about getting on 2iu hgh daily? At your age and with your goals of repairing ligaments and tendons you really would benefit from it.

Hahaha my wife was laying down after..That type of interval cardio is no joke.
Last time I did something like that. I was on the ground dry heaving.
Yes I've looked into it. Finances are tight right now, and my account with crypto in it just got froze. Not sure why. So I'm chilling on any orders for a while.Hey have you ever thought about getting on 2iu hgh daily? At your age and with your goals of repairing ligaments and tendons you really would benefit from it.
I had a karate/kickboxing school and taught MMA out of a boxing gym before. I love teachingWow, that's really fun that you do the punches with your wife.
It builds confidence and it's great for self-defense too.
bros i'm confused why no orals?
you think more sides on it?
you're a vet so its hot and I like domestic-supply best orals in the game and fast shippingI've done a lot of orals in the past. Last time I was on the I was also on pain killers and getting dehydrated at work. I had all the symptoms of stressed kidneys and liver. So I dropped all of it except a bare bones minimum on pain killers to keep functioning. Waiting on bloodwork results to see what's going on internally. If it comes back good I'll probably splurge again. I love the XXX by domestic supply. 33 mgs each anadrol dianabol and winstrol.
increasing dips is legit wish we can get a training pic broToday was chest and Tris like last week just increasing dips. Chest isn't a focus for me any longer. If anything I'm focusing on exercises I neglected over the years like dips and pullovers.
I've learned to pay attention to every little sign my body gives me. I don't always listen right away, but I do take it all into consideration.you're a vet so its hot and I like domestic-supply best orals in the game and fast shipping
