HELP - I need a deadlift training programme

I only recently added the deadlift to my training routine & Im really weak at it compared to my bench and squat. I have 2 questions:

1) Is it ok to perform the deadlift after a back session?

2) Can you suggest a suitable training programme to strengthen
the lift.

PS: I did a search before, but did not find anything directly
relevant.
 
I'd perform the deadlift first as you want to prioritize it.

In terms of strengthening the Deadlift I'd look into:

1.) Muscle weaknesses. To identify these you'll have to tell us where you fail on the deadlift and what your strong points are.

2.) Increasing CNS efficiently. Simply put: Practice the Deadlift.

3.) Hypertrophy. Usually increased through means of various assistance exercises.

4.) Speed Deadlifts.

Singles are ideal in terms of rep range as form usually starts to falter in later reps.

As for sets, that depends on all the other variables in your training regimen.
