I only recently added the deadlift to my training routine & Im really weak at it compared to my bench and squat. I have 2 questions:
1) Is it ok to perform the deadlift after a back session?
2) Can you suggest a suitable training programme to strengthen
the lift.
PS: I did a search before, but did not find anything directly
relevant.
