Well, I think I may have pulled a muscle lifting up kegs at work. My lower back doesn't hurt right now, but if I turn, or bend down, or do anything the wrong way ... OUCH. Looks like I'm out of the gym for a week or two ... (yeah, it's not a horrible pull, but it hurts. As most of you probably know, I'm still a little bitch compared to most of you guys. ...) Oh well. I was hitting a wall. Maybe this will help.
