First Cycle, Help wanted.

Im 16 right now 5'7 height 140 pounds, trying to add muscle mass

Been working out for awhile didn't get serious until recently and bought into a cycle program on the web

I have no cycle experience, only proteins and creatines

Im doing 1-t Cream, 4 week cycle
With toco 8 as vitamins/testoserone boost
Im going to use toco while on the 4 week cycle and 4 weeks after, so 8 total with the toco and 4 weeks with 1-t.

I plan on lifting 5 days a week, and going for muscle mass, while taking lots of protein and hopefully an intake of 3500 calories per day.

If you have any feedback, recommendations, information, workout routines, anything Im willing to read and learn.
 
You don't need any Steroids or ProHormones at that age kid, just eat big and you'll grow like a fucken weed. Here's what I say to do

3500-4000 Calories a day

Look up Madcow's 5x5. Run that until you stall, then reset it with your new maxes and run it all over again and also up your calories by 200 a day. Rinse and repeat since 5x5 will have you getting a ton stronger and a lot thicker and bigger if you feed your body the cals it needs. I've seen a lot of people run 5x5 with myself included and it's an excellent program. It'll get you stronger regardless of diet but if you eat big on it, your chest legs and back will get a shitload bigger. Your smaller muscles will also but this will give you a great base that you can later build on. If I had run 5x5 when I was 16 I'd be a fucken monster by now so you're in a great spot. Don't take the 1-T man, trust me you don't need it.

Buy Needto's Protein bars and make them with the Power Butter. Eat 1-2 of these a day.

Make gainer shakes which 2 scoops of whey, 20oz whole milk, peanut butter, a banana, and maybe some vanilla ice cream if you want. Have one of those shakes 1-2 times a day.

Get Need2's Muscle Replenisher and drink that after your workouts, then an hour later, eat one of need2's protein bars with a few cups of milk or one of those shakes or just a gigantic meal in general. Basically what i'm saying is, just eat big and do 5x5 and you'll see great results. Good luck bro.
 
You're waaaay too young bro!
Lift natty for at least another 6-10 years before thinking about dabbling into the AAS/PH market.
you're 16, and there is no reason why you can't add on 8-15 lbs of muscle per year for the next 4 years natty easily!! DIET is #1, training is #2, supplements do no matter at your age, but some whey will not hurt. I did a tiny bit of creatine at 16/17 but thats it. you have a ton of info at your finger tips here, read up man!

Ive been eating 3500 calories or so and plan on taking whey once a day with protein bars that I have and possible shakes at my current gym.

For the 5x5 routine, is that 3 days per week workout?

I was trying to do 4-5 days per week. Monday-Friday taking the weekend off. I am open though to change my workout as I have only done 1 week so far of my current one.

My current workout is monday-thursday 4 days total
Monday-Bi's, Cardio 30 min, Chest
Tuesday-Back, Tri's
Wednesday-Neck,Shoulders
Thursday-Legs, abs, forearms
All workouts are around 75-80 minutes total, with 2 minute breaks between sets.

Any help is wanted for this routine, as it's only my 2nd week starting tommorow and I'm looking to work very hard on creating the best routine I can.

Willing to work my ass off this summer, so if you have any insane routines for muscle mass or anything Im open for discussion!
 
Yes 5x5 is only 3 days a week and I know at first it seems like thats worse than a 4-5 day workout but more does not always equal better. Give 5x5 a shot with a proper diet and the results will speak for themselves.

Yes it's 3 days only but that's what you want at your age and size you'll benefit from the longer rests periods. Thus, your muscles will grow more. The 5x5 will work wonders for you if you eat big. It's emphasis on compound movements will help you get the size you want. The hardest thing when your young is to resist the urge to overtrain. More does not = better. Good luck to you and ask as you need. You'll get plenty of help. :)

Oh and the only supps you really need are some good whey powder and maybe some creatine now and again if you want.
