I knew it was inevitable but it finally happened today. I was working my B workout on the SL 5x5. Squats went great. Got to the standing OHP. First set great, little tough but liking it. Second set, got my 5 and felt a little tweak between my shoulder blades. Third set got to rep 3 and bam. Had nothing left. Sets went like this:
65 1x10
95 1x5
115 1x5
145 2x5 1x3
135 1x5
Still feeling the tweak between the shoulder blades. Pissed that I stalled because I felt good until something in upper back went crazy. Still completed my dead lifts warm up and work set but dam that sucks. Just wanted to share with you guys. I don't have OHP's again until Wed of next week so hopefully I can try 145 again and nail it.
