Yeah would be titz bro! Right now I lookin very different then I was. Not loosing or gaining but holding at 245ish. But looking waaaay better. MetCons and diet. BTW thanks on the diet advice too bro. Every little bit helps.

Took it easy cause was worried about whatever happened in my stomach last time !! Felt good to finally do legs again though
