Haha it's cause my metabolism is so fast , I'm sure once I'm around 30 it will be much harder , but it also makes it that much harder to gain weight right now lol...

Dont feel bad bro, I'm super carb sensitive so whenever I bulk any definition I had in my midsection disapears immiditly, I can get my abs to show rather quickly when I cut but it's VERY difficult for me to maintain that look:(
 
So 3 days of rest and then doing radars routine ! Gonna be insane lol , def eating enough food for it though , going to do a 40/30/30 style for it
 
What do u guys think of this breakfast, 2 cups oatmeal..6 egg whites..2 scoops whey ..one cup of milk all put into a blender and wolfed down ..1700 calories ..130g of protein .. When ur on dbol u can ingest more protein at once right

Side raises and front raises immediately after 20x10 for each

Very intense workout !! I didn't go as hard as I could of but Damn am I soar lol , gonna be a crazy 4 weeks

I like to get the majority of my protein from whole foods, I'll have 1 scoop whey with my oatmeal in the morning and 2 scoops pwo, the serving of whey in the morning is more for flavor in my oats than anything lol. Otherwise I would only use it pwo
