Flat Bb Bench:95x20
135x14...175x10 rest 1 min
185x10...195x8 195x6 rest 1 min
145x12...135x10...115x10...dead lol
Incline Flys:40x8x4
Front shoulder press and behind neck:95x10...115x10...115x8
Side raises and front raises immediately after 20x10 for each
Very intense workout !! I didn't go as hard as I could of but Damn am I soar lol , gonna be a crazy 4 weeks
