On your DL how come you that second set @ 205? IMO wasting energy bro. Then when you go into your worksets only do 5 reps.
Even tho your not on the 5x5 you can still use the protocol bro and that will really help your strength.

Thanks man , yeah good point! I will just do warm ups and then do 2 sets of 5 of work sets .. Man my bench was weaker this week by quite a bit and that was only doing chest once a week .. Maybe I just didn't eat enough before workout or something

I would do 3 sets of 5 at least...are u drinking plenty of water before u train?
