Leg workout in a bit , super stoked to do some squats , so my new breakfast every morning is 90g of protein :) , fills me up good for 3 hours lol , I just Have one shake a day and I'm easily getting my 300g protein , I love oatmeal and eggs lol

You know if it hurts to sit on toilet it was a good leg day haha, felt good doing 205,, was fairly easy :)..

Lol....try machine hack squats sometime, those are painfull, hurts just thinkin about em lol. Just gotta be carefull with your knees on those
 
Glad you are enjoying it stevy. Way too much volume for mt tho. But your young and its gr8 that your trying diff stuff out. Your are giving yourself a good education doing all of this. I hope you are logging all of your workouts on paper too bro that is a valuable tool to have and use.
 
Thanks bro ! Yeah I haven't been, that's a good idea though! Yeah I'm thinking of doing Radars intense workout next man .. And then prolly go back to the 5x5 .. Back is all good I'm thinking :)
 
Give it a shot bro. Just remember that is a very dam intense program. When you not in the gym on that one your priorities are eat and rest. And they are both equally important. You will need shakes with that program to supplement your real food intake. If you do it then get RADAR to advise you on diet. Thats what I would do anyway.
 
Yeah ur scaring me now lol.. I been getting into the eating tons routine well now , but yeah I'll get u guys to critique it before I start
