I am bro , just doing a mass workout still , keeping same schedule , just listening to zed and not doing as many for lower back at once
 
Yeah dude that's a 5 day split , I used to train exactly like that for a year almost, def gonna stay on track with what I'm doing now
 
Thanks man , yeah ill be done week 2 after tomorrow , think I'll do this for the full 8 weeks and then maybe back to 5x5 if my back is healed up

Just curious bro how come you doing Military press and OHP. To me pretty much the same thing:confused: Or are you doing push press and calling it OHP?
