Alternate squats and dead lifts. To do them both is too much bro, cuz then you have bent over rows too. All work your lower back. Actually if youre doing heavy squats and deadlifts you are gonna have your lower back fail on your rows. Its too much man. Drop one of the rows, preferably the seated ones.
