I have started a bulking diet at around + or - 3500 cal. ; 250g of that is protein. Spaced out between 5-6 meals. My problem is that I have to crap 3-4 times a day. Should I have have gradually added cals each week until I reached 3500? Im basically worried that all the cals Im eating are going down the drain (literally). Might sound stupid but Im serious and I any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
