damn......
HATE those......you get about 12...then you feel really weak...you fight for deep breaths after each rep....the pause between them grow long and longer and longer....you legs ache..your lumbars ache..your arms fall asleep from being locked into place for so long....but then...you just go numb....the only thing you notice is the bar digging into the top of your traps...you dig deep...finally you get the 20th rep....3 minutes after the set started...you collapse and then see THe White Buffalo.
