3x5 @ 60kg 132lbs then realised was sposed to be 62.5k 136lbsso was pissed as i thought i was flying thru todays numbers anyway not to worry these things happen ! Added weight to 62.5 got 3 reps then 2 reps ;(


Rack pulls from just below knee hight @110kgs 242lbs 5 reps
After videoing @ lower weight 60kgs and then 130kg I can see that the form is shit on the higher weight. So I lowered to 110kgs and found that was better.


3x10 power shrugs 35kgs 77lbs

200lb squat is def in your near future! Lovin that you're doing so well with the rack pulls too!

Yesterday my form was slightly off with the higher weight too. I did a rest pause, so just drop it back to the saftey's, keep your head up, breath, re-postion and go! If your form is off at that point you can then drop the weight down
 
Thanks guys. ;) I was kinda pissed when I realised that I was lifting 5lb less than I shoulda been but hey it's not the end of the world ...lol

Yeah your totally right about safety first!!
Tbh until I took a vid and checked it out I didn't know my form was off my back was compensating for the extra weight.
