Did my cardio this "morning" (I say that because I slept way in today and it wasn't quite morning at all) and lifted back tonight. Had a nice strong lift and was very happy to have remembered my wrist straps... actually, just one but that's all I needed. No more achy wrists!

lat pulldown
4x12 at 115
one arm db rows
3x10 at 60
underhand bb rows
3x8 at 115
underhand pulldowns
3x15 at 90
stiff arms
7x15 at 50
I know for some of you strong peops this isn't a lot of weight but it was a good day for me Back used to be my weak point too so I'm glad to have brought it along.
Will write a more thoughtful post tomorrow but just wanted to get something down. You know, the whole accountability thing
