ok this might sound crazy ( ive been drinkign a bit) is there anyway i could make a protein shake that has 100 grams or 90 grams of protein per serving!!!! thatway with just 2 shakes plus regular food u can get ur bodyweight in protein easy !! any1 try this
 
right on the money. There is no way all that protein is getting metabolized. But, there was a post while back about taking ginger root extract for sole soloution of your question. You might wanna do a search for it.
 
Yeah it is much better to spread it out throughout the day. It will keep a steady level of protein and amino acids in your body at all times that way so that you are always in an anabolic state instead of having ups and downs. You could say it works much the same way as gear.
 
i read the post so how about this if i take 1500 mg ginger root , and get a protein shake with say 80 grams woudl protein factory make it for me? how much woudl it cost
 
To be perfectly honest, and most bodybuilders won't want to hear this, but many intelligent mentors in nutrition seem to think the body can't handle more than about 20 grams or so of protein per sitting.

Now don't ask me how long you have to wait, but regardless its not wise to try to force a shitload of protein down at once, most of it will go right through you.

I have heard some say this too, but you have to realize that, as to my knowledge, there has been no scientific evidence to show this. Another thing to consider is whether or not you are on a cycle or not. If you are on, your body will be much more efficient and use more of the protein you put into your body than if you were not on steroids.
