Hey guys i havent been here in a while. But im going off to college in less than a week and i just wanted to make a checklist, i wanted to run through what ill be doing and make sure its all good. Here's basically how it goes:
Monday:Shoulders
Tuesday:Legs
Wednesday:Back/biceps
Thursday:Off
Friday:Chest/Triceps
Saturday:Off
Sunday:Shoulders
Monday:Legs
Basically giving each muscle about 6 days rest, and ill try to consume around 200g of protein a day, im gonna try eating regularly, both carbs and fats, and ill try staying away from processed carbs. Also ill run a mile after every workout, and each workout will be about 45 minutes long. Seeing im in college, im on the third floor of my dorm, ill be doing enough cardio to and from classes. I figured, after looking at my schedule that i should use the gym there around 9 in the morning, or 9:30. I dont know if i should eat a breakfast before it, or wait until after it. I also want to try taking some sort of growth pill, to help me grow taller. Im only 5'5, but im kinda bulky- so i wanna grow like 3 inches or so, im 18 years old. So does everything look good? Any changes, any things u might think to add??? Thanks.
