Clen Diary - 17 days_Cycle 1_Results

If you search, you'll notice no one ever puts up their clen results. Every post that talks about clen results ends up being about clen vs. eca and whether or not you should add t3, or how annoying the shakes are.

So, once and for all, here is day 1 of my cycle and I will keep a log from Day 1-17 as I do 2 weeks on/off with a tapering of dose.


STARTING STATS: 26yo, 5'10, 190lbs, 14%bf

WATER: 1-1.5 gallons/day

DOSES:

Day 1 - 40mg
Day 2 - 60mg
Day 3 - 80mg
Day 4 - 100mg
Day 5 to 14 - 120mg
Day 15 - 100 mg
Day 16 - 80 mg
Day 17 40mg


MY DIET:

6am – Clen

7:30am – Cardio for 30mins

8:30am – 2 egg white + 1 whole egg w/ low sodium ketchup (no salt or pepper), ½ cup (uncooked) 1 minute oats with ½ cup of strawberries (no sugar). 1 multivitamin and 3 grams taurine.

12pm – 50g protein shake

3pm – ¼ lb low sodium turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard

4:30pm – Piece of fruit

6:00pm – 50g protein shake

7:00pm – Workout for an hour

8:30pm – 6oz grilled chicken or fish and 1 cup of steamed vegetables

you don't have to taper down with clen.....I started at 60mcg and every 3rd day add 20mcg until I hit 140mcg and stay at that dose the remainder of the cycle
 
Sweet man great idea. I am thinking I will keep track of my results using t3 by itself because you run into the same thing.. I am a numbers guy I want to see the darn numbers lol.
 
Hey guys, thanks for the all PMs but I rather you message on here so everyone can see your message and my reply. Here is an update - today is day 4 and the first day I took the 120mg. Up until now i've had no side effects, no shakes, may be slight sense of anxiety, that is about it. Today, my bp is def a little high - i have that sensation in my fingers as if there is a bp cuff tight around my arm or the rubber band they put on when drawing blood.

Regarding results, I haven't taken measurements or %bf, but this morning I weights 187lbs (3lbs less than day 1). Even if it is just water weight - this isn't a shabby start.
 
Well I tapered up to make sure that I can handle the side effects - but you're saying not to taper down, correct? So far it is going well and I think 17 days before I do 2 weeks off should be great...no?

Correct. And what are you taking when it is done? Adderllin or forged from NTBM would be a good option or your results will not be as good for sure.
 
In! I ordered two boxes of clen and two boxes of T3 from rxhealth about a month ago. So definitely excited to see how it works for you!
 
Run it with 3-4mg a night of keto and you don't have to cycle of, pretty much "could" (not should) run as long as you wanted.
