I have kept note of all the different training plans, as when i come to change it again i will prob go for one of the new ones... This what i am gonna do for 4wks, until i go to a 4 day split when i start my next cycle... day 1: chest\legs day 2: back\bi's day 3: off day 4: shoulders\tris\traps cheers
