Weighed in at 102kg this AM

Legs holding some water, absolutely rinsing them at the moment, getting stronger each week, progressing form etc

Feeling a lot more fluffy as details slowly go away as body weight goes up, but I have to pat myself on the back here as this is by far the tightest and best composition I’ve ever had, especially at 102kg

Here’s my current split, arms before each leg day to get the frequency up and also allow upper days to focus on chest and back more

Current meal plan below, still getting a decent rate of gain from this food. As I get closer to prep in December I will be probably ticking off a food list with my partner, start enjoying some naughtier foods etc as the time for a deficit nears and insulin sensitivity tapers off.

@Meeksy do you find pinning the slin pre workout makes a difference. I know some guys say that it helps them with pumps. But I know it can be a little risky.

I'm most impressed with your lats to be honest. Most guys don't even have good lateral muscles. You are showing how it's done and that much I respect. @Meeksy
 
@Meeksy do you find pinning the slin pre workout makes a difference. I know some guys say that it helps them with pumps. But I know it can be a little risky.
Personally I notice the pumps a lot more, and my pre workout meal has about 150carb so I never go hypo. Once you start going above 5iu pre I do notice you need to have intra workout or a post meal ASAP

Apologies for not posting last week, I ended up travelling and completely forgot to upload, my weight basically maintained that week, coach said we wouldn’t push food anymore as there’s only 5ish weeks till prep and he likes my condition.

This week, weighed in at 105kg, definitely enjoyed dads homemade pizza and pancakes on the weekend clearly 🤣

Definitely more watery and inflamed this week but overall I’m not too disappointed with how my composition is holding at this weight. Drastically different shape and condition to earlier this year at the same weight.

Definitely need a significant more amount of muscle before I attempt the “crab” most muscular 🤣

Training wise everything has been going so well. I even finally attempted 3 plates per side on my smith machine RDLs and felt amazing, I had a minor hamstring tear at the start of the year before posting on here so feels good to move some weight again. When I tore it I was running 4pps for my RDLs, so I’ll increase little by little every 2-3 weeks till I’m back there pain free and without being terrified of tearing it again.

Another thing I changed recently was removing melatonin from my daily regimen, as I noticed a massive difference without it and would like to not be dependent on something that’s been recently banned in Australia

Food sitting at the same 3220 cals roughly.
I probably will gain a little bit more body fat in the coming month due to a few major events, but that’s alright, will be peeled af again soon enough haha

I even finally attempted 3 plates per side on my smith machine RDLs and felt amazing, I had a minor hamstring tear at the start of the year before posting on here so feels good to move some weight again. When I tore it I was running 4pps for my RDLs, so I’ll increase little by little every 2-3 weeks till I’m back there pain free and without being terrified of tearing it again.

Another thing I changed recently was removing melatonin from my daily regimen, as I noticed a massive difference without it and would like to not be dependent on something that’s been recently banned in Australia

Food sitting at the same 3220 cals roughly.
I probably will gain a little bit more body fat in the coming month due to a few major events, but that’s alright, will be peeled af again soon enough haha

Apologies for not posting last week, I ended up travelling and completely forgot to upload, my weight basically maintained that week, coach said we wouldn’t push food anymore as there’s only 5ish weeks till prep and he likes my condition.

This week, weighed in at 105kg, definitely enjoyed dads homemade pizza and pancakes on the weekend clearly 🤣

Definitely more watery and inflamed this week but overall I’m not too disappointed with how my composition is holding at this weight. Drastically different shape and condition to earlier this year at the same weight.

Definitely need a significant more amount of muscle before I attempt the “crab” most muscular 🤣

I think some kids overdosed on it or something so now iHerb won’t import it on their site. It hasn’t been available to purchase over the counter for a long time but you used to be able to import it legally
