This weeks Check In
Fasted weight was high for me today, 101kg
Had a lot of stress, poor sleep and a massive sushi feed on Sunday night so fair bit of water retention going on and probably still digesting all that delicious sushi
Still happy with the look, best I have ever looked at this weight hands down

Training
Here’s the current 5 day split, as you can see really trying to bring these white boy arms up, along with everything else. I personally think my chest and hamstrings are lagging the most, behind the arms.

No changes to food this week obviously, body weight jumped 2kg. Probably will be another fortnight before an increase due to some upcoming plans eating out, but I will remain locked in every day except Saturday dinner. Just the way coach runs things is no food increase if weight isn’t stable and dropping or stagnant (which is fair. No need to get fat)

Same stack this week, but when the next food increase comes, I’ll most likely be adding fast acting insulin pre and post training
