Legs holding some water, absolutely rinsing them at the moment, getting stronger each week, progressing form etc
Feeling a lot more fluffy as details slowly go away as body weight goes up, but I have to pat myself on the back here as this is by far the tightest and best composition I’ve ever had, especially at 102kg

Happy with how the legs are coming up tho, definitely look better with some carbs in me

Here’s my current split, arms before each leg day to get the frequency up and also allow upper days to focus on chest and back more

Food
Current meal plan below, still getting a decent rate of gain from this food. As I get closer to prep in December I will be probably ticking off a food list with my partner, start enjoying some naughtier foods etc as the time for a deficit nears and insulin sensitivity tapers off.
