Bit late this week, but no changes again, probably push the same food for another week as weight hasn’t dropped and training performance is still fine

I’ll probably pull some bloods on Wednesday now I’ve been on for 3 weeks at this dose.

Supps I forgot to add to my previous list
Little cialis on upper days
Berberine with meals

Training stays the same this week

Step goal remains at 10k

I also have ordered a Garmin watch to start tracking my sleep, as I have been charging my Apple Watch while sleeping but I also track steps with it, so I’ve opted for a more accurate watch for my metrics with far better battery life and less distractions haha

@Meeksy bros test and mast are perfect if you ask me. the hgh looks amazing! also the berberine is on point.

@Meeksy test and mast is perfect. i wonder though if you should swap the dosaging. do the mast higher then test?
