Agreed. Approaching 30, coming off of a shoulder surgery, and trying to lose some of the bf I gained while strengthening. I'm 5'6, last year at the end of a cycle I was 165 and moderately ripped. After surgery, I was about 159, but completely different body composition obviously. I am now around 153, starting to gain my strength back, and already shed about 2 inches off of my stomach. I am now on a kick to get as low a bf as possible while continuing to get my strength back and add lean muscle. I'm running outside 5 days a week, 1.5 to 2.5 miles each time at various times depending on speed. Generally takes between 12-35 minutes. Weights 3 days on, one day off. Never done cardio like this before, just couldnt get into it. How does the cardio routine look?
