Cardio, HELP please...

Me and my G/F work out together. Our routine is as follows...

Mon : Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders ( 30 min cardio )
Tues: Legs, Abs
Wed: Chest, Back ( 30 min cardio )
Thurs: Legs, Abs
Friday: Bi's Tri's. Shoulders ( 30 min cardio )
Saturday: 45 minutes of cardio
Sunday - OFF


Our goals are to get CUT up, and definition. I am 6'2, 205 lbs, 15% BF ( around )....She is 5'4, 122 lbs, 14-15% BF. We want to TONE up, and get cut up, 6 pack abs, and REDUCE body fat.
Should we INCREASE cardio? Some people told us to cut back, so we did. That is our current routine. Before, we did cardio 7 days a week, 30 min POST workout, and 45 min on NON-Lifting days. Please HELP, thanks guys!
 
i would say you can do up to 5 days out of 7 days with cardio at 15-30mins a pop and see excellant results, i used this combination and it worked excellant...make sure the cardio is at the end of the workouts because you will be glycogen depleted and burning fat.

there's no way you can be doing legs 2 days out of 3 unless you are coasting thru the workouts-legs need at least 5 days to recover from a correct workout
