Okay, this is the second time that I've done calves (standing machine) and this has happened... I feel okay on training day and most of the day after, but... starting late the day after, my calves start getting sore, and then the 2nd day after training, they are really sore and I can't stand up or walk properly. This effect lasts for a few days. What is happening!?!?
P.S. The calves become very tight and are bigger than normal.
