bulking diet. Good or no?

To put it into reference, I am 194 as of my last weigh in, 5'7" and a little bit of change and I am cutting on 2300 calories and I am losing 2-3 pounds a week, so I'm going to be consuming 2500-2600 and probably lose a steady 1-2 pounds a week. Defintly might want to up your calorie intake.
 
way too low on the cals bro....2400 would be cutting at 195. if your looking to put on a few lbs i wouldn't dip below 3500....prob closer to 4000 like zgzaz said
 
i am going to switch my morning shake to a weight gainer. i am looking at N-large2. do you guys think this is the best one or is there anything better. using that instead of my reg will add an 800 cals a day.
 
I dont really dig weight gainers, too much crap all at once.

Add some more food to your mid day meal, add some All Natural Peanut Butter into your day, if you love peanut butter like I do then you'll consume atleast 3 or 4 servings (around 200 cals each)
 
weightgainers are crap....just use a simple whey protein like ON and add in oats, bananas, and milk etc....
