bulking diet. Good or no?

i am 25 years old as of today (happy birthday to me :) . i am 5'9" 195lbs. about 13% bf. i am tring to add a few pounds on now that winter is coming. here is every supplement i am taking, when and what i am eating. is this a good bulk for me?

I'm sure there are other guys who can give you a better answer but in my personal opinion you're consuming mainly chicken as a source of protein, which is lean I suppose, you might want to change one of the meals to a red meat, perhaps you're evening meal.

good point i just realized that myself. i changed my dinner around to a beef meat instead of chicken. better off that way, before i grow feathers instead of muscles :p
 
You need WAY more carbs for bulking dude. Add some oatmeal in that morning shake. As well as some rice or a potato in another meal. You should be getting like 300 grams more.

added one cup in the morning and a yam for lunch. i can probally add another yam at mid-day to but i have to see if i can even fit all this food in me before i add more without doing a test run on what i have now

If not drop some chicken and add in another shake.
 
good idea on that plus i wont have to buy so much damn chicken if i do that haha. but my shakes only have 6 carbs in them but thats 6 more than chicken so i guess every carb helps

Carbs are just as important for bulking, Truthfully i drink the shakes until theres no tomorrow, dont be scared of the whey, good luck!
 
Oh shit happy bday! Ya dude your going to want to up your cals to at like 3500, if your getting almost 300 grams of protein.
