Breakfast & Lunch.....
Hey guys. Im wondering, right now every morining and lunch (8am & 12:30ish) I have my "slimfast shake" Not the regular one loaded with all the sugars, the optima one with half the sugars as the regular one. Ive been using them for quite a while now and with a sensable meal( i know i sound like the commercial) i actually have been loosing weight. In an earlier post i was 240 i stated due to an accident and now im 195, BUT I seemed to hit my point where the weight isnt shredding like it used to, and i have been doing alot of reading and sugars have alot to do with it do to the insulin and stuff. So know i am reconsidering my Breakfast and Lucnh Shake Choices maybe These things are still contain too much sugars/carbs/ etc.
This is what the nutrional label looks like.....
Calories(Energy) 180 Fat Cal 45
Total Fat 5g
Saturated Fat 1g
Trans Fat 0g
Polyunsaturated Fat 0.5g
Monounsaturated Fat 3.5g
Cholesterol 5mg
Sodium 200mg
Potassium 550mg
Total Carbohydrate 24g
Dietary Fiber 5g
Sugars 17g
Protien 10g
And a Whole Lot of vitamins and Nutrients.
I would love any reviews on this, But what i really need is opinions on OTHER Breakfast and Lucnh Shakes( I have absolutely no time really to get a good meal in and i am on a calorie defacit diet. Untill i hit around 185-190.
As stated in my first post i plan on going back to the gym it is just i was in a bad car accident and my back is hurting, but i got my my EMG and my MRIs and they both came back negative so that means its just a bruise so i plan on hitting my cardio again Begining of March.
So any Advice/Criticism welcome. Thanks Guys!
