5x5 db curls (usually do ez bar, but wrists need a week off)
Incline curls 3x10 drop set on last set and 10 more..this was killer
cable curls 3x12
CG bench 5x5
DB overhead 3x10
rope press down 3x12 drop on last set
simple plan, but effective..and by no means do i consider this "beach training". That would make the assumption that im one of those toothpick legged, no back frat boys who only work out in the summer
