Did some boxing, it was great. I'm suprised at how fast I can still move, and only hitting weights twic a week isn't making me fat which is good. Not having any negative sides, I"m sure if I hit the gym 5 days a week I would be a lot bigger, but in MMA bigger isn't always better. I'm feeling good
