Best option for a runner, help!

yea i know whta you mean the hardest thing for me is them days where you are exhausted and you build ya self up for a run and no what how much you want it you just cant run. I use to run 7 miles monday then 5 wednesday and 5 on friday at a slow pace but now i am trying to get some good times down i currently run 3 miles in 26 minutes but have to get in below 22 minutes and i came on here just to see if there is anything to help me achieve that goal, i have looked on the internet i have seen quite a few people talking but no one naming any products

Ok! I'll chime in here, they give EQ to racehorces to help them run faster, longer, and stronger, something to consider, but bear in mind there is a huge difference in the structure of a horses legs/atamony than ours, so to answer your question it could hinder or it could help, the only way to find out is to try it.

EQ = Equipoise

jmk2 hit the nail on the head .. I was going to post the same.. yes that is one known method the use.. They withdraw a certain amount of blood however many days before. your body replenishes the blood withdrawn then around race time they put the blood taken out back in thereby giving a greater red blood cell count with more oxygen in the blood to go faster & longer... Also look at the cyclists.. I think it was landis he was on the show bigger faster stronger.... He made a hyperbaric chamber to increase the oxygen in his blood...

I think EQ might be a possibility but you will still get some serious pumps in the legs i believe.....

Dude... talk about leg pumps,

500mg Test E/week

Cant make it more than a mile before the pumps in my calves are unbearable. That's up and down hills around my house though, so flat land may be bearable.
After a mile i limp back home and cant bend my ankles the rest of the day without my calves wanting to lock up.

I dont see why steroids wouldnt help with endurence if you can avoid these leg pumps, I've been trying taurine, not doing much for it though....

Some low dose winny wouldn't hurt

2 questions

1. is there anyone on this site that runs a lot and has used winny and if so what was end result

2. how long does winny stay in body after cycle, detectable levels

thanks for getting back to me every one just trying to look for a solution

lol all right mate i dont know what your problem is just looking for more people like me who want the same things or people who where like me and did something about it

i aint looking for a cheat a quick fix just something to help me, i do alot of training and am dedicated i couldn't run around the block a year ago now i can run 7 miles decent pace, it's just got tot the point where i am really struggling to put in better times. every one hits a brick wall in what ever walk of life your in i am just looking for some thing to help me get over the wall so i can move on dont get offended because i dont belive you when you say all AAS will not help me

lol okay. I guess I do not know what I'm talking about. I have a room full of trophies from 5K races that I destroyed everybody in when I ran competitively for 2 years.. and that was in 95 degree heat in FL.. ... but you are right.. I don't know anything about running and I just ate a magic pill.. it wasn't training 5X per week in 100 degree heat and humidity.

bottom line is you are not training hard enough or correctly. you need to get setup with a group of runners who will push you. you need to hit hills hard, you need to do interval training, you need to do LSD (long slow distance) i've already told you this but you insist on not listening so I will let you juice away.. i argued with a guy about this months ago and he came back on and apologized after he ran a cycle and his times got worse. there are guys on this site who have competed in running, bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc etc. instead of calling them liars you need to LISTEN to them. at 21 I understand you are stubborn and think you know everything but you really do not know jack at that age, like i said you need to get with a running group and hopefully be-friend some older runners who have been there and done that.. and hopefully not come at them with this cocky attitude and be willing to learn... and then I GUARANTEE you will be running 22 minute 5K's consistently
